Eligibility and accounts

During the beta, you must be at least 16 years old to create a MassMem account independently. People under 16 may use the games available without an account only with a parent or guardian supervising them.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Use accurate contact information so password reset, verification, subscription, and support notices can reach you.

Use of the service

MassMem provides memory games, attention games, logic exercises, and a daily mental routine for general cognitive practice, education, and entertainment.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private data, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use MassMem in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

MassMem, its interface, training content, game logic, visual assets, text, brand elements, and software are owned by or licensed to the operator unless stated otherwise.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use MassMem according to these Terms. You may not copy, sell, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

MassMem Pro subscription details are shown in the app and in Stripe Checkout before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation is handled through the Stripe Billing Portal where available. Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.

Service availability

MassMem may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, MassMem is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

No clinical service

MassMem is not a medical device, healthcare service, diagnostic tool, treatment, cure, prevention method, or clinical assessment. See the Medical Disclaimer for more detail.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection rules say otherwise.
