Subscription Terms

Current visible offer

MassMem Pro is currently presented in the app as 5 EUR per month or 48 EUR per year, with VAT included where applicable. These visible in-app amounts must match the active Stripe Checkout prices shown before payment.

Stripe Checkout confirms the final tax-inclusive price, currency conversion, billing interval, payment method handling, and invoice details shown before purchase.

Automatic renewal

MassMem Pro is a subscription and renews automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled, unless Stripe or applicable law says otherwise.

Plan changes and cancellation

You can switch between the monthly and yearly Pro plans or cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal from the Profile subscription area after upgrading.

Stripe controls the exact timing, proration, credits, and invoices for plan changes shown in the portal before confirmation.

An ordinary cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Pro access remains active until the end of the current paid period shown by Stripe or in the app; after that exact date, the account returns to the Free experience.

Cancellation alone does not create a partial refund for the unused part of that paid period. This does not limit a separate statutory withdrawal right or any other mandatory consumer remedy.

Refund policy and support

Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law.
