Can I try MassMem before creating an account?

Yes. Visitor mode lets you test games before creating an account. Visitor progress is limited and is not intended to replace a saved account.

Is MassMem a medical product?

No. MassMem is for general cognitive practice, education, and entertainment. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment, or clinical assessment.

What does MassMem Pro include?

MassMem Pro removes daily exercise limits, removes Gem consumption for training, and includes access to future games added to the Pro experience.

The app currently presents Pro as 5 EUR per month or 48 EUR per year, with VAT included where applicable. Stripe confirms the final payment and currency-conversion details before purchase.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. After upgrading, subscription management is handled through the Stripe Billing Portal from the account/profile area where available.

Does MassMem save my progress?

Signed-in accounts can save training progress, levels, points, streaks, and related dashboard state. Visitor mode is limited and may not persist the same way.
