For account, billing, subscription, privacy, feedback, accessibility, or technical questions, contact support@massmem.com.
Include the email address used for the MassMem account when relevant. Do not include passwords, payment card details, medical information, or other sensitive personal data.
Billing and subscription topics
For active subscriptions, plan changes and cancellation are handled through the Stripe Billing Portal where available.
If you contact support about billing, include the account email and approximate payment date, but never include card numbers.
