Children & Parents
Guidance for parents, guardians, and minor users.
Parent or guardian involvement
During the beta, MassMem does not allow people under 16 to create an account independently. The account form requests only an age-threshold confirmation, not a full date of birth.
This checkbox is a self-declaration of eligibility for an independent beta account. It is not identity or age verification, does not create a child account, and is not a parental-consent mechanism.
People under 16 may use the games available without an account only with a parent or guardian supervising them. The parent or guardian should check that each activity is appropriate for the child.
General practice, not medical care
MassMem offers general memory, attention, reaction, observation, and logic practice. It is not a medical service and does not replace an assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendation from a qualified professional.
Future child accounts and contact
If MassMem later introduces child accounts, they will require a separate parent or guardian authorization and account-management flow before they become available.
If MassMem learns that a person under 16 independently created an account contrary to the beta rule, MassMem may restrict the account while reviewing the situation and will delete or otherwise handle the associated personal data as required by applicable law. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-handling purposes.
Parents or guardians can contact support@massmem.com with questions or requests about a minor's data, account access, deletion, privacy, or support.
